Cancellation Policy

Policy Start | Once we collect Payment |
Policy End | Once the freight carrier picks up the shipment |
Covers | Change of Heart. Delay of shipment for standard tank. Changing tank sizes. |
Doesnt Cover | Custom Tanks. Tank Damage. |
Fees | No fees for canceling as long as it is confirmed cancelled before the tank departs CADEUSA's Facilities |
Arrival Guarantee Policy

Policy Start | Once freight is picked up via LTL from CADEUSA facilities |
Policy End | Once the original LTL Carrier departs from the customers delivery address |
Covers | Damaged in transit when reported on the Bill of Lading. Damage that is not externally visible needs to be reported to AlgaeBarn to AB within 24 hours of receipt of aquarium. |
Doesnt Cover | Change of heart. Delay of shipment or delivery Shipment to the wrong address (customer will need to pay the address change fee). Damage from unauthorized "freight forwarding".

Fees | Customer may be responsible for assisting with return freight. |
CADE Return Policy

Policy Starts | Once the aquarium has been picked up from CADEUSA facilities |
Policy Ends | Once the aquarium or stand has been removed from the crate base, or 14 days from receipt, whichever is sooner. |
Covers | Change of Heart |
Doesnt Cover | Damages in transit, Delay of shipment, damaged delivery |
Fees | 25% restocking fee Customer handles applicable return freight fees

CADE Limited Warranty

Policy Starts | Once the aquarium has been removed from the crate base |
Policy Ends | 24 months from date of shipment or once the tank has transferred beyond original owner (whichever event happens first) |
Covers | Craftsmanship and quality of the CADE Aquarium System |
Doesnt Cover | Scratches, Chips, Unapproved modifications, neglect, abuse, |
Fees | Potentially return freight to CADEUSA facility. Customer may need to provide labor to install new part. |
